    We offer free shipping on all diamonds and jewelry in the store except in cases indicated otherwise on the product page next to the add to cart button.

    Usually our orders reach the customer within 10-20 business days from the moment of purchase and payment.

    If you need the jewel urgently, please let us know before placing the order and we will do our best to have it delivered on time if possible. Rings in stock can be shipped and delivered within 1 to 3 days depending on your location.

    Custom orders may have a delay of a few more days.

    Order Tracking

    If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information and you will receive it by email. Your order can also be tracked on your My Account page on our website. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

    The address written in your order is the address to which the package will be sent.

    Please make sure before each order, that the address you typed is indeed the correct address for delivery.

    If you mistyped the address AM Diamonds will not be held responsible.

    For security purposes, we will not ship to PO boxes and our merchandise will not be delivered without a signature. Please be sure to select an address where an adult who is authorized to sign will be available.

    IMPORTANT: If your package is delivered to an office building, apartment complex, hospital, hotel, school, or similar building, FedEx may accept the signatures of mailroom employees, receptionists, or other administrative personnel. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen under these delivery conditions.

    If the box shows evidence of tampering, do not sign for it or accept it from the courier. Please contact our Customer Service Department immediately by e-mail to We are not responsible for damage or loss caused by the courier and signed for or accepted.

    Taxes and Duties

    All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agent to release your package. Note: On rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
